1.Order details Communication:
      1). We're a professional electric lift and slide door manufacturer for over10 years,

            our teams knew all professional knowledges,

      2). Before production, all the details will be checked:

            Aluminum profiles, glasstypes, hardware, packing,shipment etc.

2.During mass prodcution:

       1).Once confirmed deposit,

           our purchase manager will arrange all the materials with 1-2 days

       2).Before one week of materials come back, 

           the production schedule will be made out 

       3).During the production,

           Our sales and manager will follow up and supervise the mass prodcution 

       4).The updated infos will be offered regularly

3.Shipment matters: 

      1). 1 week before the mass production finished,

           we'll check the booking matters with your forwarder,

      2). We had experienced agent to handle the transportation,

           customs declaration, shipment and BL, will help you save some time 

4.Related problem solving:
      1).Regular problems:

        We will communicate with you in advance 

       (order details, production process, shipment etc).

     2).Sudden problems:

        We will communicate with you in time ( by email, phone, team communication,

        and appy to the boss) , we'll try best to protect your benefit.

     3).After-sales problems:

        We'll be responsible for all our goods,  our teams had 10 year's producing and
